Please join us for a very special evening as we celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of Above and Beyond. The wonderful and talented Gershone and Flavia are coming back to ABHY to lead us in a great Sound Bath with Guided Meditation and Mantra. Event will be from 7pm- 9pm. $30 per person.

Additionally, as part of the celebration we will be hosting a vegetarian/vegan friendly food truck beginning at 5:45pm. Please RSVP at the studio so we can provide enough food.
