Please arrive 15 minutes before your session. Sessions will begin at the top of the hour and you will not be able to go into the salt room after the session begins.
-
It is not recommended to leave the salt room during the halotherapy session, please use the restroom prior to beginning sessions.
Please refrain from bringing any beverages (including water), chewing gum, or food into the salt room.
Foot coverings must be worn at all times.
In order to keep the salt room in the best shape possible for all, we ask that you do not throw salt, touch, or lick the salt walls. Moisture and oils will damage the salt.
