Join us for an arm balance and inversion workshop led by Tori Lubecki. Strengthen your upper body and learn to balance on your hands and arms. We will be exploring asanas which bring the head below the heart to get used to being upside down. Then we will learn how to safely practice balancing asanas including crow, forearm stand, headstand and handstand. This workshop is suitable for all ages and experience levels. February 10th from 2pm-3:30pm. Limited to 12 people.
