1st ever guided meditation in Mobile, AL's very 1st Himalayan Salt Room!!
Our guest will be the Meditation Center of Alabama leading this 45-minute meditation session with halotherapy (salt therapy), a form of alternative medicine that treats asthma, bronchitis, allergies, eczema, and other skin conditions. Salt produces negative ions in the air and can theoretically cause your body to release more serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in increased feelings of happiness and relaxation.
