In Ayurveda, the science of life, and sister to yoga as a holistic approach to lifestyle habits, seasons are highly recognized as cycles to align with in our immune systems ability to adapt and to be resilient in our reservoir of health.
Winter is a time for slowing down, insulation, and protect, which can redirect out energy inward to relish the quiet and withdraw complication.
In this semi- private Restorative Yoga workshop, experience restorative yoga poses with ample supportive props as a form of immune regulation for winter. While in them, Swan Michelle, both a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Yoga Therapist, will teach you about the medicine of being in right relationship with winter, speaking to or receiving/doing:
Aligned diet, movement, constitution, herbs, essential oils, immune boosters, sleep therapy, breathing techniques, uplifting devotion and invigorating daily routines for a well balanced season and life.
Swan Michelle is also a Sound Therapist and vocalist. Enjoy sweet serenaded lullabies coming from the warmth of the hearth of the heart for a clear personal journey of restorative, learning, and devotional opening inspirations.
You all receive tools you can continue to apply on your own in an adaptive, holistic life, as our health is our wealth! You will also understand what your constitution, or “dosha” is after this workshop and restorative experience.
