Come join us at Above and Beyond Hot Yoga on Sunday July 30th at 5:30 for a presentation and picture slide show from Shoshana's last 3 years of training at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai India. Shoshana will talk about the extensive yoga program as well as show pictures from her 4 trips to India.
