This training is for both personal growth into real and lasting change in our energy, our emotions and our body, freeing it of the past, of the habits of stress, acute trauma and of the biology that mimics these held experiences.
This is also a continuing education course with the capacity to offer this as an addition to your private sessions, coaching, counsel, therapies and consultations.
When we notice, address and heal our body of stress, trauma, limited beliefs, the past, compromised energy patterns and habits, we alter our chemistry and Neuro-health into a new state of being both energized and physically new.
Somatic Healing is a full body scan and form of self hypnosis done lying down, self guided, energizing yourself with meditative techniques for healing and changing the body.
When the body is asleep and the mind is awake, we are in a suggestible state, known as Theta activation.
