Come explore Yin Yoga with Bethany and David from Pensacola FL. We have developed a Yin training for anyone who is interested in learning more about the practice. Teachers and students are both welcome to attend. They will be teaching anatomy of Yin, Postures, Meditation, and assisting. Training is one weekend from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening.

Cost is $250 for the course.
