Faye Mahan

Faye fell in love with yoga when she was 20 years old because of the calming effects it had after she completed a practice. After several years of practicing and taking several workshops, she decided to enroll in a 200 RYT teacher training at the Lotus Seed. She has been teaching yoga since 2004. Faye loves clean eating, art, and the beach!

Faye is the mother of two beautiful girls, aged 7 and 13. Faye and her husband Frankie Little are the proud owners of Roosters (our personal favorite restaurant) in downtown Mobile!

She teaches Vinyasa at our studio.
