Krissy Little

Krissy Little teaches the Kids Krewe yoga class and attended the Karma Kids teacher training in Miami Florida with Shoshana, shortly after we opened our studio. She is a devoted yogi and practices nearly every day of the week. Krissy is a Mobile native and attended McGill-Toolen High School. She then went on to attend the University of South Alabama studying Early Childhood Education. This education makes her a perfect mentor and teacher for the Kids Yoga Program at Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy.

Krissy has also served as the Manager at Virginia’s Health Food store for almost 25 years. Krissy has raised two beautiful children, and is the studio “mom” and support system to all that enter our space!
