Join us at Above and Beyond for a wonderful vegan lifestyle introduction workshop led by Tori. She will talk about pantry staples, easy swaps for favorite recipes, and make a few multi-use sauces and some holiday dish ideas.
Tori Lubecki works as a private chef and is sous chef to many food network personalities. She received her culinary degree from College of Southern Nevada, before continuing her vegan education with Food Future Institute and Tony Rodriguez Academy. She travels internationally performing vegan food demos at various conventions and food festivals, often feeding up to 500 people. Tori teaches vegan cooking and plans to write a plant based cookbook.
